Not quite right? We offer easy returns on full-priced items so you can shop with confidence.
You can return full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original condition.
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, or contact Customer Care at contact@jones-clothing.com. Every Australian order includes a pre-paid return label, so returning an item is free within Australia.
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
The quickest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us straight away and we will make it right. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
