This website is operated by JONES Clothing Pty Ltd (ABN 49 693 388 886), based in Brisbane, Australia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we have received your order; a contract is formed only once we accept it and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error — and will refund any amount already paid.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We take reasonable care to price items correctly, but if we find an obvious error we will contact you before dispatching.
We aim to show colours and details as accurately as possible, though your screen may vary. Garments are subject to availability and we may update the range at any time.
Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
